Refund Policy

The Starter Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after a successful purchase. Once access has been provided, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We may make an exception for a duplicate charge or a technical access problem that we cannot resolve. We also provide refunds where applicable law requires them.

Trouble With Access?

If you have trouble opening the browser tool or downloading the files, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and a brief description of the problem. Please do not send card numbers or passwords. We will first try to restore access or replace a missing delivery email.

How to Request an Exception

To request an exception, contact us at [email protected]. We review requests individually. A refund does not erase copies of files already delivered.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
